Every Child is a Winner is the goal of our Upward Basketball and Cheerleading program. This winter league is for children ages K-6th grade.  This program incorporates the love of sports with reaching children and families for Christ.  Click on Upward Sports to learn more.

Bring your lawn chairs and cheer on our 6 teams of Sand Volleyball players.  First games will be played Sunday, June 6th at 6:30pm and 7:15pm at Electric Park. Games played June 13th through July 25th will start at 6:00pm and 6:45 pm. All games will be played at Electric Park. This is a recreational league made up of teams through our church and is a great time of fellowship! Volleyball camp is designed to help improve overall volleyball skills for girls in grades 4th-9th.  Camp is held during the summer.  Sign ups will be available in April.  For more information, please contact Pastor Kent Hackathorn at kent@lenexabaptist.com

The LBC Men's Golf tounament was held on June 11th at Falcon Lakes Golf Course in Basehor, Kansas. It was a success with over 22 teams enjoying a great morning of golf and fellowship.   In September, the KNCSB Annual Golf Tournament will be played at the Shawnee Golf Course in Topeka, Kansas.  And we look forward to the end of season Annual Jeff and Terry 36 Hole Golf Tournament  played in October.  For more information on any of these events, contact Pastor Kent Hackathorn at kent@lenexabaptist.com.
